Today the Senate opened the floor to debate for the confirmation proceedings for Obama’s Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTS) nominee Elena Kagan. These proceedings will mostly go as one would expect with Democrats praising her resume and Republicans criticizing her apparent left wing ideology, her inexperience on the bench, and her previous work as policy adviser for President Bill Clinton.
