What happens when EPA lawyers criticize proposals for cap-and-trade bills wending their way through Congress, demand more investment in nuclear power, and expose the failures of similar systems in Europe? The most open and transparent administration evah tells them to shut up, at least to the extent of their expertise to discuss the issue.
