What may have perhaps fortold the coming future Sen Boxer (D-CA) was alone on Monday 03 November 2009 for one of the first Senate Committee discussions on Cap and Trade. Still not taking the hint Sen Boxer was able to rally the Democrats to hold a vote in Committe without bipartisan involvement. Cap and Trade now goes to the Senate floor, the last step before Presidential signature making it law.
Sen Boxer held committee vote without GOP involvement shutting out the representation of millions of Americans. With opposition mounting against Progressive agendas from both the public, the GOP and other Democrats the Cap and Trade bill shows Democrat weakness and the struggle they will have with policies in the Senate.
It also proves that the Pelosi and Boxer far left agendas are not with main stream America, for if they were then shutting off bipartisan debate and holding closed meetings would not be necessary.
