Banks Close As Economy Gets Better
Nov6Unemployment reaches highest numbers since 1983, White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs gives light to economic realities.
“More likely than not, it will get a little worse before it gets better,” said White House spokesman Robert Gibbs at his midday briefing today.
A little worse means record unemployment since 1983 and more bank failures. Even as recent as today in Michigan and Georgia, bank failures will cost the government a total of $100 Billion over the next four years, as reported by CNN Money .
Yet as the economy depletes resources Pelosi and the Democrats continue to push for more and more spending in the form of Health Care Reform. A $1.1 trillion dollar program.
